Amicable staff, PARTICULARLY NICE views of the town and gondola, everything is great. The rooms are light and cosy, with a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card. The hotel's location is fantastic and super, not far from the bus station, high hill and the cathedral and cable car. Need to add that there's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like Raa Sushi, located within 15 minutes walk or so.

Amazing views from rooms, State-of-the-art fitness center, Access to a newly built spa area
Shower drainage issues caused flooding !!! The absence of bedside lamps made reading in bed nearly impossible!!! Room temperature control was annoyingly inconsistent!!!

The state-of-the-art fitness center was a standout feature that exceeded my expectations .
Returning late from a northern lights tour, we found the front door locked and had to make several calls to gain access. This should have been communicated at check-in.

The spacious two-bedroom suite offered a great kitchen, perfect for cooking at home. The complementary spa access was a wonderful perk, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. A slight drawback was that the breakfast selection could be improved.

Fine views and cozy apartments!
The kitchen was stocked with everything you need, and the bed was comfortable. The unexpected breakfast bags upon our arrival were such a thoughtful touch! The only downside was the mattress comfort, which could be improved.
